Group Classes in General

My classes are for all levels. We usually begin with holding exercises (jing gong) to collect the energy, and continue with moving exercises (dong gong) to circulate the energy through the systems of meridians and energy centres. This is important, since it is the flow of energy that brings about relaxation, health and healing.
Individual attention is given to each student. I encourage everyone to do what they can do at this point in time and at their own pace. The results achieved are excellent and very encouraging.

Package of Six Classes (Groups or Individuals)

This package (weekly classes for one hour) is ideal for groups or individuals who want to improve a specific issue. For example, the focus can be to strengthen the lower back, or to reduce neck and shoulder tension, or to gain overall strength and flexibility of spine and back. Or just in general to reduce tension and stress.

Workshops One Day or Two Days for Groups

My workshops include 2 hours morning and 2 hours afternoon sessions as well as a Q&A  session and an introduction to Taoist philosophy.

The workshops are an intensive input. And that is their purpose: The intensity  reduces your blockages faster and assists you in moving forward.

I am teaching in such a way, that you will be confident enough to continue practising on your own, even if you don’t have any previous experience.
